Sea Spirit was purposely built as a private retreat in 2004 and now offers luxury beach rental accommodation on the Kapiti Coast, New Zealand. The upstairs comprises a spacious king-size bedroom opening to a balcony and sea views. Downstairs is an extra single bedroom, modern fully-equipped kitchen, office, lounge/dining room and separate laundry.

There is a contemporary style courtyard with a South East Asian flair. Step out onto to wooden boardwalks over river stones laced with paua, pummus, grasses and yuccas. The out door bath is set in large river rocks enshrined by large jarrah sleepers. From the bath there are glimpses of the sea through the courtyard wall window. There is a ornamental 3 flamed fire setting the right ambience.

The spacious bedroom upstairs has one king size bed on a wooden dais. There are two luxurious arm chairs to sit in the sun and read or listen to music. The balcony is perfect to sit and have a cup of tea, coffee or wine while watching the sunset over the sea. There are sunsets all year round.

There is one single bedroom downstairs.

Ideal for couples looking for accommodation between houses, visiting family or a holiday home. There is a minimum stay of 3 months.
